1. Processing & Shipping Times

Because we work with various artisans and manufacturers to bring you unique wellness products, items are shipped directly from our partners.

  • Order Processing: 2–4 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days (this can vary depending on the specific item and its origin).

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. Don't worry—you’ll receive a tracking number for each one!

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Since our products ship directly from third-party distributors, we are often unable to reroute packages once they have left the warehouse. Wellness and Whimsy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is out of our control; however, we will do our best to help you file a claim.

6."Multiple Shipments & Split Orders To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, Wellness and Whimsy orders involving multiple products may be fulfilled by different suppliers. As a result, your order might be delivered in multiple packages. Rest assured, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments, and you will receive tracking information for each individual package as it departs the warehouse."
